The Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Digital Grant / Geran Digital Perusahaan Mikro Kecil dan Sederhana (PMKS) is offered to micro, small and medium enterprise companies to obtain digital services from service providers (DP – Digitalisation Partners) registered with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to guide and provide services in the field of digitization with 50% Matching Grant application of up to RM5,000 per company.

Check Your Eligibility Checklist:

  • The MSME is at least 60% owned by Malaysian.
  • PMKS registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) / Business license with local authority (PBT).
  • Cooperatives (Koperasi) that are registered with Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) / professional licenses.
  • MSME (PMKS) / Cooperatives (Koperasi) has minimum average annual sales turnover of RM50,000.
  • MSME (PMKS) / Cooperatives (Koperasi) has been operating for at least six (6) months.

HOW TO APPLY?

MSME must follow these steps to apply for the grant:

01Contact and appoint us as digitalisation partner (DP) to perform any of the digital marketing / sales services.
02MSME submit all the supporting documents and information required through the online application system.
03Once the SME's application is approved, MSME required to make payment through digital platform within 14 days.
04Digitalisation partner (DP) deliver service(s).

COMMUNICATION POINTS WITH DPV

Step 1: Application

SME submits application. FS conducts eligibility check and document verification. Grant approval is given.

Step 2: Payment

SME makes initial payment (50%). FS verifies the initial payment made by SME.

Step 3: Claim & Disbursement

DSP provides service and submits claim. FS verifies claim and instructs grant disbursement. BSN disburses remaining 50%.

Please Prepare the Following Files:

  • Copy of business owner NRIC (Back)
  • Latest SSM business profile – Sdn Bhd (Refer to sample)
  • Latest SSM business profile – Sole prop & Partnership (Refer to sample)
  • 2 months bank statement: Latest bank statement (1st month)
  • 2 months bank statement: Latest bank statement (2nd month)
